Module 2 of 3 Years Waldorf Teachers Preparatory

Attendance Policy

Trainees must meet a minimum of 80% attendance and complete 100% of the Observation and Practice Teaching requirement.

Payment Policy

Trainees are responsible for payment of the tuition costs as invoiced. Full payment must be made before commencement of course module.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Written notice is needed for any cancellation and refund application:

(i) Written notice received 7 days before commencement - Full refund minus RM50 administration charge

(ii) Written notice received less than 7 days before commencement - 50% refund minus RM50 administration charge

(iii) Written notice received after course commences - No refund

Refund is conditional on medical reasons prohibiting attendance. A written notice shall be emailed to mwepcontact@gmail.com supported with the necessary supporting documents, e.g. medical certificate (MC) before commencement of the course module. Only medical related reasons will be accepted, other cases may be considered on a case by case basis on a written appeal to the MWEP Committee. There shall be no refund for non-attendance for whatever reason, once the course module has commenced. However, replacement is allowed, subject to entrance requirement.
